Appearance: ruby red heart with purple hints
Nose: precious balsamic and cherry notes tending to full ripeness
Palate: clean and fresh on the palate with a velvety tannin that accompanies beautiful and persistent spicy notes that refer to cocoa, vanilla and black pepper. It closes elegantly with nuances of plum and cloves.
Pairings: pasta with traditional ragout, roast, boiled meat
