Sagrantino contains the greatest amount of sugar, polyphenols and anthocyanins compared to the main grape varieties known in the world. After a long experimentation, we were able to work the grapes without compromising the natural richness of antioxidants, useful in the prevention of senescence and cardio-vascular diseases.
